Sue La Bounty and her team are in a league of their own. We just closed escrow on the sale of our Treasure Island waterfront home and the entire process went smooth as glass. Sue brings to the job high brainpower, a great read of market conditions, a relentless work ethic by herself and her team and top-notch negotiating prowess.

We are retired Fortune 500 senior executives who frequently hand-picked talent within our employee ranks and chose external advisors and consultants that were best-in-class in their fields – it was critical that we chose wisely every time. We were struck at the outset by Sue’s businesslike approach, not diluted by the usual real estate generalizations and idle schmoozing. Sue staged our home to perfection and brought us top-dollar, all while giving a win-win outcome to the buyer as well.

We insisted on providing this unsolicited testimonial to Sue so that others in our shoes can know what a talent she is. The La Bounty Team have permission to selectively share our contact information with her key prospects.

Highest Recommendations for Sue La Bounty Group

Together they have/are:

Impeccably professional

Absolutely awesome communication skills

Amazing depth of resources to approach property repair/cleanup tasks

Experience and knowledge of the regional market and are exceptionally well connected in the community and industry…

It’s like signing on to a personal support group! They are there for you. ALL the time!

I can’t imagine any real estate broker, large or small, that has any better personal skills, knowledge and ability to navigate the paperwork, regulations, restrictions and legal formalities to complete a real estate transaction like this team can. Basically they made a complex transaction pretty painless.

I’d engage them again in a heartbeat! YOU should too!

Dear Sue:

We send this note with heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service you provided to us during the course of activities that went into selling our home on the Peninsula. Your professionalism, skills and communications are unrivaled.

After interviewing other realtors, we agreed that you stood out for your depth of knowledge and experience in selling homes in our area and in neighboring communities. We were also impressed by your vibrant energy and your appreciation of the unique features of our home. Most of all, you presented us a focused action plan aimed to accomplish our sales goals. Then you moved forward quickly and without disruption to carry out that plan successfully.

Thank you for loving our house and for presenting it at showings and in the advertisements to its best advantage. And thank you for having a cadre of people you call upon to help as necessary to get the house ready for showings and the final closing. For example: your photographer captured the spirit of our house in her images; the referrals you gave us for the minor repairs necessary resulted in getting the work done quickly and at reasonable cost; and your assistant Jennifer proved efficient and effective in carrying through on logistics and making certain we never had a call or request unanswered even when you were tied up in meetings. Frankly we are surprised that other realtors have not yet discovered the value of having a full time assistant in ensuring ensuring quality service to clients.

You were outstanding in your communications with us. You kept us well informed throughout the sales and escrow process, especially during the challenges of escrow. But you went beyond: you also gave assistance in 'matters relating to out purchase of our new home in Ashland Oregon.

To Whom It May Concern:

This is an unsolicited letter of recommendation. I retained a realtor, who shall remain nameless, for over two years without so much as a nibble on my property. I'm talking about a 4,000 sq. ft., three-story, custom-built home, one off the water with a 60-foot open water slip, in one of the more exclusive areas of Long Beach (i.e. Naples).

Getting more and more frustrated with the lack of action on my property, I finally changed agents, and went with SUE LABOUNTY of First Team Real Estate in Naples. I signed an agreement on Wednesday; Sue asked to show it to a couple on the ensuing Saturday at noon. By 2 p.m. that Saturday, five (5) qualified, potential buyers had seen the property and that evening one made an offer. Sue presented me the offer on Sunday morning and with a slightly changed counter offer both parties agreed before sundown.

In other words, Sue LaBounty has more qualified buyers' come through my house in one 2-hour period than my previous agent in 3 months! And, an offer was made and accepted the next day! That speaks volumes about the quality of service you will get from Sue LaBounty.

I was impressed to say the least! With Sue's skillful negotiation, the offer I was presented and subsequently accepted Worked out to be a litife more than What had been asking for, and both parties were completely satisfied with the deal.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending SUE LABOUNTY to anyone looking to sell a home.

I listed my Naples property in Long Beach, California with Mrs. Sue La Bounty of First Team Real Estate. I had a good experience with she and her staff, and they provided prompt and professional service. I would highly recommend them to others.

We have been working with First Team agents since 2003 and our experience continues to be very positive. Our most recent experience was with Sue La Bounty when looking for a home in the Belmont Heights/Alamitos Heights area. Sue understood the market, was responsive to our needs with exceptional follow-up and always represented our interests.

You were the only realtor who did exactly what they said they were going to do... we thank you from the bottom of our hearts...

Aside from already having known that Sue is the subject matter expert in the Naples Island real estate market, my selection of Sue's company to represent me came from my neighbors, Liz and Al Tyler, who attested that they had a wonderful experience with Sue in selling their home.

Upon calling Sue's office, Sue's response with quick and decisive. She met with me in person to set out the marketing strategy and had my house on the market within days. One of her early actions was commissioning a very professional and talented photographer to take stunning photos of my house. Beyond this, Sue executed a multi-level marketing campaign including flyers, publications in local papers, website posting with an excellent write-up, and hosting Open Houses nearly every week while respecting my own schedule/availability.

The result was the timely sale of my house at a very fair market value. And this, by no means, was an easy task given several complex and competing forces. For instance, my house consisted of only 1 bedroom and 1 bath, and there is no garage. All these factors contributed in making the sale extremely challenging.

What further exemplified Sue's business acumen is the fact that we were not only dealing with the buyer of my (original) house, but we were also dealing with the contingent purchase of my new house where Sue also was representing me. And thank goodness she did represent me on the buying end.

When the offer came in on my original house, I was insistent to have the gap (between my "want" and the offer price) closed by a certain dollar amount. Now this is where Sue's talents excelled: she coordinated, worked with, and balanced the personalities and business objectives of me, my buyer, the seller of the new home, and the selling realtor of the new home to close that gap. And she did it! I am certain that no other realtor could have aligned all these parties to arrive at the respective transactions.

Had it not been for Sue's knowledge of the marketplace and business connections, and her plain-and-simple ability to "get the job done", these deals would never have been executed. I am truly grateful and thankful to Sue for selling my original house efficiently and at a good price, and I'm incredibly happy that I'm now in my new house, purchased also at a great price thanks to her negotiation skills.

As a final point, Sue's services did not stop at the above multilateral agreements. Her office staff, namely Maggie, maintained exceptional control and organization over the voluminous forms and other paperwork. Maggie was patient in explaining to me every aspect to every form, and she did not allow me to miss any deadlines for any deliverables. I certainly would have been overwhelmed, especially given the fact that I was dealing with 2 real estate transaction plus the loan for the new house. Thanks to Maggie, and Sue's company as a whole, the entire process went incredibly smooth.

Sue and Maggie are simply the best in the business. I will certainly recommend (and have already recommended) Sue's company to all my neighbors and friends.
